Two men were shot in Brandon this morning and several schools in the area were placed on lockdown while law enforcement searches for suspects, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said.
The shooting occurred at 610 E. Morgan St., the sheriff’s office said. Deputies are awaiting a search warrant to enter the residence.
Two people have been detained and are being questioned by detectives. Deputies are actively looking for two males who may have been in the home at the time of the shooting, deputies said.
