BOCA RATON, Fla. (AP) _ A southbound commuter train has fatally stuck a pedestrian in Boca Raton.
The Palm Beach Post (http://bit.ly/KFphFA ) reports the crash happened Thursday morning just south of the Tri-Rail station in Boca Raton.
Tri-Rail spokeswoman Bonnie Arnold says about 200 passengers were on the train when it hit the pedestrian.
She says they will remain on the train since it is considered a rail death is considered a crime scene.
Authorities say the crash will cause significant delays. They’ve called in buses to help with the morning communte.
No additional information was immediately available.
