Florida Man Makes Documentary About Love Affair with Dolphin

We couldn’t make this up even if we tried.

A Florida man has decided to make a documentary about a romantic encounter he had with a dolphin back in the 1970s and it premiered last week at the Slamdance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. Naturally, Chris Markowski, host of “Your Wake Up Call,” went ballistic.

Malcolm Brenner, a  resident of Punta Gorda, claims that at 18, he had a “consensual sexual relationship” with a dolphin named Dolly, who was part of an exhibit at Floridaland, which is no longer open. He told The Mirror, “There’s something quite transcendental about making love with a dolphin.” The man has also admitted to having sexual encounters with a dog.

“At first I discouraged her, I wasn’t interested. After some time I thought, ‘If this was a woman would I come up with these rationalizations and excuses?’”

He also said, “It was when the park was closing that we successfully eluded the male dolphin so we could spend some time alone.

In 2011, Brenner wrote a book about this called, “Wet Goddess” (and of course, there’s mention of LSD in there). The park closed nine months later, three months after their six-month affair. The dolphin died shortly after the relocation and Brenner said he slipped into depression for five years. He also said he doesn’t believe what he shared with the dolphin was abuse. He wasn’t arrested at the time because, as it turns out, bestiality wasn’t illegal in Florida until 2011.

Oh my God.
