The shootings happened just before 7 p.m. at an apartment comples on Lake Howard Drive.
Police say two men were killed and a third was left in critical condition.
A person of interest was questioned overnight, but no charges have been filed.
Winter Haven police officers found the two men dead inside of the apartment and the third man wandering blocks away on Central Avenue.
That man was taken to Lakeland Regional Medical Center where he is in critical condition.
Officials have not yet released the identities of the victims or details of the shootings.
