Pasco County is advising motorists to expect delays on SR-54 about 1/4 mile west of I-75 in Wesley Chapel.
Traffic is being restricted to one lane east and west bound on SR-54 about 1/4 mile west of I-75. This was due to a contractor hitting a force main on Wednesday.
Pasco County Road and Bridge will have utility crews preparing the road for the asphalt, which is scheduled to happen this afternoon.
There will be some extra truck traffic related to the bypass in the area. Crews are expected to have this repaired by Thursday evening.
