A box truck driver suffered just minor injuries after a crash on Interstate 75 near Riverview that could have killed him.
The truck driver made contact with a car as he changed lanes and ended up losing control and plunging off the interstate bridge and into the Alafia River below.
Incredibly, he got out of the truck and onto a nearby piling where a boater picked him up.
The other driver has minor injuries too.
