Sarasota Police have made an arrest in this week’s deadly hit and run.
They say 19 year old Malik Clyburn turned himself in to authorities overnight.
Clyburn is the one seen in red light camera video hitting Michael Wright, a wheelchair-bound man who was crossing U.S. 301 in the crossing lane.
Clyburn then drove off.
He had a suspended license and now faces charges including leaving the scene of a crash resulting in death and Driving with License Suspended with Knowledge.
Clyburn remains jailed on $20 thousand bond.
