The FBI ended a man hunt lasting three days by apprehending a Valrico man that was preparing for an end of times event by making illegal devices.
Marvin Winters was taken into custody this morning after he ran into the woods as the FBI approached him on Monday. An FBI spokesman says Winters turned himself in this morning. He was hungry and wet but cooperative.
