As evidenced over the last few days, the remarkable presidential campaign of Donald Trump continues to break new ground, now with an added element of danger at his campaign rallies. Similar to what you might find with a raucous hockey crowd, protesters have been showing up, making noise, then being confronted, at times physically, by the home team crowd.
