Florida leads the nation in home foreclosures.
RealtyTrac says first time foreclosure notices were up 16 percent in July compared to July 2014.
That after Florida foreclosure rates dropped for 10 straight months.
One out of every 408 housing units had a foreclosure pending; that’s two-and-a-half times the national average.
