Medical records that are part of the evidence released Tuesday, showed that George Zimmerman had a pair of black eyes, a broken nose and two cuts to the back of his head after the fatal shooting on February 26th of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.
The records were part of evidence that prosecutors have in the second-degree murder case against Zimmerman, who has entered a plea of not guilty and claims self-defense.
According to a CNN report, the diagnosis came from Zimmerman’s family doctor.
The exam was taken Feb. 27 the day after the Martin shooting.
