Bradenton Beach police officers were called out to Cortez Beach after 911 calls about a couple having sex on the beach.
A witness who called 911 told police that a man and a woman were next to her and her 4-year-old daughter. The couple then started fondling each other and started having sex, according to the Bradenton Beach Police report.
Another woman videotaped the couple to give it to police as evidence. According to police, at least six people filled out police reports in this case.
Police arrested Elissa M. Alvarez, 20, and Jose B. Caballero, 39, on charges of lewd or lascivious exhibition. Both were taken to the Manatee County Jail.
