Clearwater Police Searching For 2 Suspects

Suspects are accused of using stolen credit cards

Clearwater Police detectives are seeking the public’s help in identifying two suspects who have used credit cards stolen in vehicle burglaries in Clearwater. The two are seen on video making purchases from various stores in the Clearwater area and elsewhere in Pinellas County.

According to Clearwater police, two different victims had wallets stolen from unlocked cars in Clearwater last month in these cases. The credit cards taken in the burglaries then were used multiple times.

Clearwater police identify the suspects as white males, perhaps about 20 years old, who may be driving a dark-colored Nissan Sentra, possibly blue or green.

The wallets were taken from vehicles in the 3000 block of Homestead Oaks Drive and the 3200 block of San Carlos Street.

Anyone with information on this case should call Clearwater Police at 562-4319.
