A road rage incident leaves one man dead and another in jail.
Police say 51 year old Robert Doyle shot and killed 44 year old Candalerio Gonzalez in front of his family when the two got out of their vehicles to argue on South DeSoto Street in Beverly Hills.
Doyle told police it all started when Gonzalez tried to force him off the road and brake-checked him.
