The Republican governor had originally been scheduled to address the press three times during the final day of his three-day trade mission to the United Kingdom.
The trip doubles as a chance for the likely 2016 presidential contender to broaden his foreign policy resume and build relationships with leaders of a key American ally.
But coverage of the trip has been dominated by remarks he made Monday that parents should have some choice on whether to vaccinate their children. The comments came as more than 100 people have been sickened by a measles outbreak in the U.S.
Christie largely ignored questions, saying only: “Is there something you don’t understand about, ‘No questions’?”
