A 23-year-old man was fatally shot outside a residence near the Broward and Miami-Dade county line on Wednesday and authorities were questioning suspects who were being detained several miles away – at Miramar’s Town Center.
Because of the incident, most of the facilities at the Town Center, 2300 Civic Center Drive, a school, a library and other buildings, were on lockdown as a precaution.
