Two people are recovering after a weekend fire at a Bradenton assisted living center.
Officials say the blaze broke out at the Windsor Oaks Assisted Living Facility on 43th St. W in a resident’s room.
The building was evacuated while the automatic sprinkler system put out the flames.
That resident suffered serious burns and a staff member suffered smoke inhalation.
Investigators are looking for the cause of the blaze.
