In Frostproff, Florida, the 10-year-old boy that was shot with a BB gun last Wednesday has died from his injuries.
Detectives said Skyler Richardson and his older brother, 13-year-old Taylor, were outside of their house on Otto Polk Road shooting targets with their BB rifles.
The boys mother was inside their home preparing dinner.
As the boys were playing, Taylor pointed his gun at his brother and Skyler was hit in the head at close range.
Taylor told his mother and she called 911.
Skyler was air-lifted to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa where he died a week later.
