There’s been an arrest in the hit and run deaths of two pedestrians on the Memorial Causeway in Clearwater two weeks ago.
Police say it was Charles Winzenread was behind the wheel of the SUV that struck John Berg and Viola Flores, who were vacationing from Chicago.
