There is a new plan to create jobs along Ulmerton road in Largo. Officials want to designate empty lots along Ulmerton as “Brownfield sites.” It would mean government clean up money and tax credits to developers willing to build on those contaminated tracts of land. Officials believe it would also make it easier for owners of those lots to sell them.
