The flood warning is over in the Pasco County town of Elfers.
Officials say the Anclote River there is finally below flood stage.
But flood warnings remain up for the Myakka River in the Myakka State Park, the Little Manatee River in Wimauma, and Cypress Creek in Worthington Gardens.
Meteorologists say some parts of the coastal bay area have gotten 18 inches of rain in the past week.
