WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Dozens of South Florida couples are planning to tie the knot in a Valentine’s Day ceremony in West Palm Beach.
About 40 couples are expected to marry at the National Croquet Center in a free wedding presided over by Palm Beach County’s clerk and comptroller, Sharon Bock.
Local businesses, including a florist, photographer, DJ and wedding planner are donating their services for the event. Couples are only paying for their marriage licenses.
It’s the second year the county has hosted a Valentine’s wedding celebration.
