2 Wounded, 2 Dead In Kissimmee Mall Shooting

According to Kissimmee Police, two innocent bystanders were shot in a mall.

Police said they responded to reports of shots fired at the Plaza Del Sol on West Vine. Two people were shot with non life-threatening injuries, according to police.

The shots broke glass at the front of the store. The altercation started at Ross Dress For Less and ended up at the front of the mall.

“It was rapid fire, but he took pauses between shooting,” said witness Joshua Vega, according to WFTV.

“She was in dire pain. I mean, she was shaking from shock. She was starting to slowly pass out,” said Vega.

Witnesses say the suspect fled in a car.

Officers responding to the shooting saw a car that matched the description of the vehicle supposedly involved in the shooting. Officers found the vehicle crashed near Publix on Dyer Avenue, roughly three miles away. The two men in the car were pronounced dead at the scene.

The mall was evacuated after the shooting.
