Authorities are investigating after an 11 year old boy strangled a 4 year old inside the Palatka mobile home where the two and 10 others lived.
Dead is 4 year old Braydan Trahern.
The 11 year old is in custody and could face murder charges.
His mother says her son had anger issues and was on medication.
She says he once tried to burn their house down, and dug up dead farm animals so he could carry their limbs around.
The boy’s mother also confessed to police that her son once tried to choke another child.
