Tom Cruise Move To Clearwater Expected To Finally Happen In 2018

Superstar Cruise has been busy but 2018 could be the year he heads to Clearwater.

Tom Cruise remains a bankable superstar and very busy one as well with an estimated net worth of over half a billion dollars. He is finally expected to call Clearwater home sometime in 2018 as his new condo should be finished placing him near his loved Church of Scientology.

According to The Business Insider and Forbes, the 55-year-old Cruise had an outstanding 2017. He was the 7th highest paid actor in the world earning a robust estimated $43 million as he continues to be a top ten star.

The action star’s combined paychecks from “The Mummy” and “Mission: Impossible 6” scored Cruise eight figures last year. It is that busy movie-making schedule that has not given him a chance yet to check out his super cool new two-story condo in Clearwater.

Soon 2018 will see another big film Mission: Impossible Fallout on Super Bowl was previewed in a big-time ad spot. One interesting part of the Mission Impossible franchise is that Cruise has insisted on performing many of the stunts in the “M.I.” franchise himself, believing it makes the movie more dramatic and authentic.

That may be true but producers are far from comfortable allowing Cruise choose what stunts he wants to do in each film in the franchise. So, it might be time to settle down a bit in his new Clearwater digs.

When completed this year the two-floor penthouse is on top of a The Skyview condo complex. Cruise owns the ninth and tenth floors which include a roof deck complete with a luxury 39ft infinity pool, solarium, hot tub and bar. It will also include a flight simulator, private nine-car garage, car elevator, and separate building entrance.

The 51-unit building is a block off the bay and the developer is Moises Agami, a Scientologist from Mexico City. As you would expect The Church of a Scientology has been very quiet about their most famous and devoted superstar.

It has been rumoured for two years that Cruise was set to land in Clearwater near The Church of a Scientology. It looks like all of the signs are pointing to 2018 for a Cruise move to the Bay Area.
