Former Child Protective Service Investigator Arrested

LARGO, Fla. (AP) — A former child protective services investigator has been arrested in Florida for falsifying records.

A Pinellas County Sheriff’s news release sent Thursday said the investigator was employed by the agency.

Sheriff Bob Gualtieri has scheduled an 11 a.m. news conference to release additional details about the case.

The investigator’s name or other details haven’t been released.
