Schools close and brace for the rain and flooding

As  result of Hurricane Hermine, the first major storm to hit the area in 11 years, the safety of thousand of school children and college students is a top priority. All school systems and colleges up and down the Gulf Coast closed today. All school related events are also postponed such as high school football and other events have been called off for today. Check your local schools for rescheduling information.

Jim Williams is the Washington Bureau Chief, Digital Director as well as the Director of Special Projects for Genesis Communications. He is starting his third year as part of the team. On the entertainment side Williams was involved s and directed over 500 concerts for Showtime, Pay Per View and MTV Networks.
