Michael Moore Files For Divorce From Wife Of 21 Years

Michael Moore, Oscar-winning director of “Bowling for Columbine,” has filed for divorce from his wife Kathleen Glynn, according to a court complaint.

The divorce complaint, originally reported on by M Live, was filed on June 17 in circuit court near their Michigan home of Torch Lake. M Live indicated that it said they live in separate homes and there is “no reasonable likelihood that the marriage can be preserved.”

The pair have been married for 21 years and have no children together, according to the filing. Glynn has a daughter, Natalie, from a previous relationship.

Glynn and Moore are natives of the Flint, Mich. area; Moore’s first film profiled the downward spiral of Flint after the closing of a key GM facility in his 1989 “Roger & Me” documentary.
