Kelly Clarkson has made it very, very clear that she wants to be a mother. And on the Monday, Nov. 11 episode of The Tonight Show, the newlywed told host Jay Leno that she and husband Brandon Blackstock have been actively trying to get pregnant. “Practice makes perfect!” the singer exclaimed.
Leno then boldly asked the musician, “Are you pregnant right now?” Clarkson, 31, burst out laughing and replied, “What are you saying?”
“I always get this stars that come and go, ‘I’m thinking about having a baby,’ and then the next week they go on Ellen and announce it there,” Leno explained. “So, I’m asking you, are you pregnant? Remember, you are under oath!”
