In an announcement on the eve of the American Film Market, FilmNation Entertainment signed on to finance and handle international sales at AFM.

Radcliffe was first attached to “Tokyo Vice” in May, with music video and commercial director Anthony Mandler directing. The script is being written by J.T. Rogers.

The script is based on the memoir “Tokyo Vice: An American Reporter on the Police Beat in Japan,” which chronicles Adelstein’s time spent as the only American journalist accepted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Press Club along with his work to expose one of Japan’s mightiest Yakuza bosses.
