In a perfect world, Clint Eastwood and his second wife, Dina, would work things out.
Alas, that didn’t happen and now the star of E!’s Mrs. Eastwood & Company has officially filed for legal separation—two weeks after reports surfaced indicating the couple had split after 17 years of marriage.
Per a petition filed Monday in Monterey County Superior Court in Northern California and obtained by The Monterey County Herald, Dina, 48, is seeking spousal support and physical custody of the duo’s 16-year-old daughter, Morgan, as well as share legal custody with Clint over the teen.
Court docs also note that the former TV news anchor and film legend have a premarital agreement.
