Best of Food Talk with Kim Bailey

Food has always been a passion of mine. Whether it was spending time in my mom’s kitchen in South Tampa watching and learning techniques of a good cook, sitting at the feet of a master chef on the Via Veneto in Rome, Italy, or visiting the kitchens of incredible restaurants all around the world – food, cooking, creating, has been my life’s enjoyment.

Some people remember their first kiss. Well, I remember my first couscous, at a small gathering in the countryside on the outskirts of Dijon, France while attending undergraduate school at the University of Dijon.

Our credo, “It’s About The Food,” says it all.

This Julia Child protégé and PBS television star, author of many fine cookbooks, discusses her time with Julia and how women have grown in the culinary world since she first started.
