Best of Food Talk with Kim Bailey

Food has always been a passion of mine. Whether it was spending time in my mom’s kitchen in South Tampa watching and learning techniques of a good cook, sitting at the feet of a master chef on the Via Veneto in Rome, Italy, or visiting the kitchens of incredible restaurants all around the world – food, cooking, creating, has been my life’s enjoyment.

Some people remember their first kiss. Well, I remember my first couscous, at a small gathering in the countryside on the outskirts of Dijon, France while attending undergraduate school at the University of Dijon.

Our credo, “It’s About The Food,” says it all.
