AM 820 News anchor Robert Pankau spoke to Grayson Kamm of WTSP 10 News about a man, Jason R. Humphryes, who is jamming cell phone signals on I-4 during his commute. Investigators are slapping him with the maximum allowed fine by law: $48,000. They also say he’s been doing this since 2011.
