President Obama To Nominate Scalia Replacement

President Obama says he will do his constitutional duty and in due time nominate someone to take Scalia’s place on the high court. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, whose chamber must approve the nomination, has suggested that all this should wait until the next president is elected. So as the lines are drawn for the ensuing battle, and early look at a potential short list of candidates that President Obama may be considering.
