Tuesday night features President Obama’s final State of the Union Address, to a joint session of Congress and the American people. Following the address, South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley will deliver the Republican response.
While the president is expected to review his record the past seven years in office, both he and Haley are expected to talk about the direction the country needs to take moving forward. And they probably won’t agree.
