WASHINGTON – The ACS has sent a letter that details executive actions President Obama could introduce that would create gun-control regulations.
ACS statement to the White House, the group of 23 law professors highlights several important actions within the administration’s power that would ensure the federal gun laws are applied consistent with congressional intent.

So, it is possible that President Obama could have many of the gun control laws he wants if he would only do his job — which is according to the Constitution — execute the letter of the existing gun laws on the books.
