Kiernan: America Has a Talent Management Problem

WASHINGTON – America not only has an infrastructure problem but they have a talent management problem.

Author Peter Kiernan says that we have young bright Americans ready to work but that the private sector is not working with educational institutions to prepare them properly. “We have 4 million great jobs going unfilled. That is a talent management problem.” Kiernan states. “We need to work with education.”

Kiernan also mentions that the GOP primary has spiraled out of control and they are talking about irrelevant things, “I don’t care how small Donald Trump’s hands are. I don’t care about how Ted Cruz used to treat his college roommate.”
