After Big Week, Obama Riding A Big Wave Of Momentum
It could have been a disaster week, but last week saw all the legislative cards turning up aces for the White House…. He got his trade authority thru Congress, and the Supreme Court handed him victories on both his healthcare program, and on the same-sex marriage front, the latter resulting in celebrations around the country over the weekend. More battles lie ahead, including the ongoing Iranian nuke talks, which are nearing yet another deadline for progress. But right now President Obama appears to be firing on all cylinders.
