Ryan Campaigns In Miami, Biden In NH

Vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan is keeping up Mitt Romney’s latest line of attack against President Barack Obama, saying he has failed to deliver on his promise of change.

Campaigning today in Miami, Ryan poked at Obama’s comment that it’s hard to change Washington from the inside. Ryan said if Obama admits he can’t change Washington, then “we need to change presidents.”

As he courted Cuban-American voters in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood, Ryan also said he and Romney would be tougher on the Castro government than the current administration, and would help put Latinos back to work.

Vice President Joe Biden is campaigning in New Hampshire. He told an audience of Teamsters in Manchester that it’s because of unions that the U.S. has a strong middle class. He accused Romney and Ryan of having “a completely different value set” and “doubling down on everything that caused the economic crisis in the first place.”

Obama is traveling to Wisconsin, his first visit to Ryan’s home state since February.

Romney has fundraisers in San Diego and Los Angeles.
