The City of Tampa will implement a customer service call center in support of the 2012 Republican National Convention. The RNC Call Center will provide up to date information on any additional street closures that may occur, parking options, basic directional assistance and hospitality information for visitors. The number is 866-762-8687 and will be activated at 8 a.m. on Monday, August 20th and will be deactivated at noon on Friday, August 31st. It will be staffed 24 hours a day during that time and there will be a Spanish language speaker available.
