A defiant Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki has rejected calls for an interim ‘national unity government’ intended to undermine the Sunni insurgency.
He says such a change would really be a ‘coup against the constitution of Iraq.’ He made defiant remarks in a televised address to the nation.
