Recent Surge In ISIS Terror Attacks

A recent series of deadly attacks, all most likely directed by ISIS, the most recent in Saudi Arabia Monday, and the attack over the weekend in Iraq that killed over 160, has raised concerns that the terror group may be changing tactics as part of a strategy to show that they remain a potent force with the ability to do major damage.

On the battleground, up against other military forces, things have not been going very well of late. So the concern becomes, that in light of these setbacks on the battlefield, to maintain its stature and the perception of its overall strength, has ISIS turned to this series of deadly terror attacks targeting innocent civilians, and will it continue?
