The chaos, confusion and sheer horror of what transpired June 12 at Pulse is further revealed in the moment-by-moment police narrative, made public Tuesday pursuant to a public records request from ABC News and other media outlets.
ABC News remains a party to ongoing litigation over the release of 9-1-1 audio and police body camera video. Tuesday’s disclosure includes the police dispatch record, effectively a play-by-play of the nation’s worst mass shooting.
In related news, records released today by the City of Orlando show that three weeks before the mass shooting one of the six exits at Pulse had, at some point, been blocked by a vending machine.
