Dallas Heals Its Wounds, Buries Its Dead

Six days after a man opened fire in Dallas, killing five police officers and wounding nine other people, the city has taken steps toward recovery.

President Obama joined former President George W. Bush and other dignitaries at an interfaith tribute to the dead and wounded and to the first responders who risked their lives to rescue civilians pinned down by a sniper. Today, the first funerals are held for the officers who were killed by Micah Johnson.
