Will Slenderman Stabbers Stand Trial As Adults?

A judge in Wisconsin is expected to rule Monday on whether or not the girls accused in the “Slenderman” stabbing of a classmate should be moved to juvenile court. Such a move could potentially bring down a sentence considerably, or remain in adult court.

Both girls were only 12 years old in May 2014 when they allegedly stabbed their classmate 19 times between them, in an effort appease and impress Slender Man, a fictional character.

ABC’s Ryan Burrow joined us from Chicago Monday morning to discuss.
