Valencia College in Florida Sued over Forced Vaginal Exams

VALENCIA COLLGE – Two Florida college students say they were forced to submit to transvaginal probes as part of their classroom training.

A federal lawsuit filed Thursday in Orlando against Valencia College and three instructors. It alleges that three Valencia officials, Barbara Ball, Linda Shaheen and Maureen Bugnacki forced medical diagnostic of students at the college. If the students did not agree to submit to the examination of their sexual organs they were threatened by having their grades reduced or of being blacklisted by future employers.
