Tough Day For Software: NYSE Trading Suspension, United Airlines Grounded

All trading on the New York Stock Exchange was halted for most of the day on Wednesday because of what the NYSE said was an “internal technical issue.” Technical issues were also blamed by officials at United Airlines citing a “network connectivity issue,” impacting 4,900 flights worldwide.
