Thousands of protesters seeking higher wages demonstrated Wednesday outside of McDonald’s corporate headquarters. They’re seeking $15 an hour, but also would like union rights. Thursday morning they continue the demonstration as McDonald’s shareholders hold annual meetings. The group had planned to camp out outside of the building overnight.
