So for instance, if you normally are managing just 6 hours sleep, then stay up late so your alarm clocks wake you up right after six hours. Then your brain will eventually want more. Also, don’t eat in bed, so your brain learns that bed is just for sleeping. Well, maybe not “just for” sleeping, but you get the idea.
